About these terms
This website is operated by AXIOM TALENT SOLUTIONS LTD, company number 16446737 (“Axiom”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
Website information
- Information on this website is general in nature. It describes Axiom’s approach to permanent recruitment and is not an offer, a contract or a commitment in respect of any specific role or assignment.
- Roles, requirements and recruitment processes may change. Any description of a role — on this website or in correspondence — reflects the information available at the time and may be updated by the employer.
- While care is taken to keep the website accurate and current, no warranty is given that all content is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.
No guarantee of outcome
- Registering with Axiom, or engaging Axiom’s recruitment support, does not guarantee employment.
- An introduction to an employer does not guarantee an interview.
- An interview does not guarantee an offer or appointment.
- Engaging Axiom does not guarantee that a vacancy will be filled within any particular timescale, or at all.
Candidate information
- Information about candidates depends partly on information provided by the candidates themselves, and by others such as referees.
- Axiom takes reasonable care in its recruitment work but does not automatically guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by candidates.
- Candidates are responsible for ensuring the information they provide is accurate and not misleading.
Employer responsibilities
- The employer remains responsible for final hiring decisions, including assessment of candidates and the decision to make an offer.
- The employer remains responsible for employment terms, including contracts, compensation, benefits and conditions of employment.
- Recruitment decisions should be based on the requirements of the role and relevant candidate experience. Employers remain responsible for their own hiring decisions and applicable equality obligations.
Checks and verification
Verification requirements are determined according to the employer, role and recruitment process. In particular:
- right-to-work checks may be required and are the employer’s legal responsibility;
- references may be required;
- qualifications may require verification;
- professional registrations may require verification;
- background screening, where applicable, depends on the assignment and the employer’s requirements.
Nothing on this website should be read as a statement that any particular check has been carried out on any candidate unless that has been expressly confirmed for a specific assignment.
Commercial terms
- Recruitment commercial terms are governed separately from these website terms, by the terms agreed between Axiom and the employer.
- Any rebate or replacement provisions are governed by the signed or otherwise agreed commercial terms for the relevant assignment. No rebate, replacement or guarantee is implied by this website.
No legal or tax advice
This website does not provide legal advice or tax advice. Employers and candidates should take their own professional advice on employment law, contractual, tax and immigration matters.
